Getting username and password box popup in thread

I was browsing the "Ask Tube" thread over in SE++ and on page 88, it gave me a popup saying that something is suspended and that it wanted me to log in. I didn't enter anything and had to click the X to get rid of it, but I am running an antiviral scan just to make sure. Maybe someone can just walkover and see what's going on?

Edit: Scan turned up clean.

This is what I'm getting as well.

I'm on an iPad if that matters.

The first time I saw it I was on ipad. This time I'm on desktop, I'm seeing a bit more information on the login box:

"A username and password are being requested by (http) pax.khadour.com. The site says: "Suspended: if you are the account owner, contact [email protected] for more details.""

Unlinked the URL just in case.
