    I think my love of Heroes has waned over the hiatus. I'm not even all "OMG ITS BACK" like I know I should be. Instead, I'm "Meh. Hopefully I'll remember to catch it."

    Hopefully the new episodes will right this wrong.

    Dr. Who taught Peter how to use his powers

    The people Mr. Bennet work for found out about Claire, so he sent her and the Haitian away, and had the Haitian wipe out his memories of Claire and her abilities.

    Claire ran away to New York to find Peter, and meets Peter and Nathan's mom, who is all "Claire, I'm your grandmother."

    Hiro's plot stalled for a while, but he finally got that damn sword and teleports into the future.

    Jessica is now in complete control of Niki, and is working as an assassin for Linderman.

    D.L. and Micah did absolutely nothing.

    Nathan...did something that I'm completely blanking on. He went to see Linderman, and tried to kill him, but I cannot remember the motivation.

    Isaac shoots and kills Simone.

    Sylar was pretending to be a good guy and was working with Mohinder in an attempt to find
    a more accurate list of heroes, Mohinder figures him out and drugs him, but Sylar outsmarts Mohinder and fucks his shit up.

    The last episode ended with Peter going to Mohinder's apartment and Sylar starting to open up Peter's head.

    There's probably a bunch of stuff I'm leaving out, but that should be the meat of it.

    So am I the only one who loathes Deal Or No Deal for theoretically delaying Heroes every week? It's like a Pavlovian response now, equating Howie Mandel with excruciating suspense.

    Well, the fight was pretty badass for the short little bit that it lasted.

    Unfortunately it was pretty obvious to see what was going to happen once he got the glass shard in the back of his head. Of course it was probably supposed to be so, but still.

    Holy crap.
    Syler's painting style is awesome.

    Looks like next week is the bad ending, followed by three episodes of New Game + and then the real ending. I like the way they're doing this.

    Also, I'm dying to know what Mrs. Petrelli's power is.

    That episode needed more Hiro. The melodrama is great and all, but he makes the show fun.

    Somebody needs to post a picture of Syler's crappy painting.
    Somebody should tell Hiro what Linderman's plan is and he should immediately comment that it's ripped off from the Watchmen. It'd be a good nod to the comic fans in the audience.

    The Claire/Nathan convo was a huge fucking letdown, luckily the rest of the episode was awesome. HRG is fucking badass, and Peter/Sylar II was great.. thier 3rd fight is gonna be incredible.

    He just bugs the shit outta me for some reason. I think it's the borderline retardation (as displayed in that link). Also the fact that the show seems intent on making me love him by putting him in a shitload of scenes even when they do nothing to further the plot (tonight's was, thankfully, an exception)

    But, I know I'm in the minority around here, so I'm not gonna harp on it.

    I loved
    Sylar's reaction to Peter's abilities.

    He just had that "What the fuck" look when Peter started healing, and then gets slammed back by the TK.

    and the "I cant wait to try that one" when Peter started fading out was great.

    two things on my mind after that episode:
    a) what did Sylar paint? I only caught a glimpse of it. Does someone have a screenshot of it, yet? It looked like the President Nathan painting, only with Sylar instead.

    b) next week's episode looks hella good. angry peter beats people up. we'll also see which Jessica/Nikki personality becomes dominant and ultimately wins (my money's on Jessica). finally, who is the dude claire makes out with in this promo: http://youtube.com/watch?v=kU4Pe6mpZbM&mode=related&search=

    My recording messed up 45 minutes, can someone fill me in with what happened between...
    The conversation Peter and Nathan had about Nathan and Claire (it cut off right as Peter was telling Nathan, Claire needed him) and the illusion girl taking Micah to see Linderman (it picked up right as they were about to be introduced).

    Peter? O_o I think it's awesome were getting a "what if" episode where everybody is bat shit crazy. I remember somebody predicting a while back that Peter would lose it and become the villian of the series after we connected with him in the beginning. Apperantly season two wont focus on these characters so without him being in the spot light I don't think they'd do that - but it looks like I may get my treat in this episode. A treat for the fans it feels like - and maybe we will see Claire and Peter cause hell.. it's only a what if.

    You know, it didn't occur to me that it could be someone else in the picture. I just saw it as the same painting in a more sinister style, but that could totally be Sylar.

    The dude Claire kisses is blond/light-haired. No idea who it is.
