Good thing gab already has a child. I don't think he'll get any chances after this.

Is this what the kids today call "Busting a Nut"?

I know a guy around here years ago that actually got kicked in the nuts with a steel-toe.

He's sterile now, it absolutely destroyed the testicles.

It hurts just to read it.

Well, they both got the old snip-snip, so this is just a gift for Tycho.

Happened to a kid in my neighborhood, only we were playing football and he went to make a jumping, over-the-shoulder catch and came down on a fire hydrant. Still can't forget that screaming--shit was horrifying.

You can literally bust a nut, I watched a worlds dumbest where there was a video of a skateboarding kid who landed in such a way in that he burst a testicle. It was terrifying. And I guess common enough that boarders are aware of the danger.

I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

How did he manage that? A poorly thought out Cartman Roshambo challenge?

Arg... that last panel got the song "Here Comes the Boom" stuck in my head.

Tycho's newspost is weird to me because it reads like he doesn't know that the Souls games were, in fact, supposed to be spiritual successors to the King's Field series and were developed by the same company.

I'd say that's pretty fair, really, given that this is the first I'm hearing of that, myself.

Tycho did. Gabe took his balls and went home.

I think the guy was talking to some girl and her boyfriend got the wrong idea.

    Then had more wrong ideas.

I've heard many hours of discussion of Souls' games and this is the first I've heard mention of King's Field in relation to it. I don't think this connection is common knowledge.

I thought it was common knowledge that the Souls games were spiritual successors to Kings Field. Huh. I mean, From software is also known for a few other franchises, like Armored Core and such.

I probably wouldn't call it common knowledge (although it's far from obscure, too), but to someone whose job and livelihood is wrapped inextricably around video games, it should be pretty well known.

For what it's worth, I've never actually played a Souls game (I owned the first King's Field, unfortunately), and I know about the lineage.

That's horrible. I'd hope some sort of justice was carried out on the perpetrator.

I've only ever heard of King's Field as it relates to DeS/DaS so yeah weird is the word.
