Building a Gaming PC on a Budget that can run Fallout 4 on High Graphic Settings.
I know little about computers but I've wanted to build one for a while now. Being that I work in fast-food, cost is a big concern for how much I spend. So what should I be looking for in when deciding what to buy, how will I know if what I get will work with the rest of the stuff I might want, and how cheaply could I go before I would be sacrificing performance? I'd also like to be able to play Fallout 4 with a lot of mods (as I have this on the PS4 and after awhile it became boring to play as vanilla when I see people with amazing mods on Youtube). And if it's strong enough to play the new X-com, I'd like to be able to do that too.

But Fallout 4 doesn't require much, compared to other recent AAA titles, like X-com 2.
Do you need absolutely everything (Monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc.) or just the tower? How much longevity are you expecting before you have to spend money to upgrade? Are you expecting to play in 2K or 4K resolution or is 1080P all you'll need?
Think these things over and post in the thread above.
