I won a prize from a raffle at PAX East! However, the code has "already been redeemed"

Hey! I know this isn't directly to do with PAX and probably more on the people who ran the raffle, but they haven't been replying. I messaged them on Facebook as well as mentioning them on Twitter. However the read my message on Facebook and didn't reply. I'll give them a bit more time before giving up, but I figured I'd ask here to get some more input.
I won a code for The Division from Altex. When I got home, I rushed onto the GeForce website to redeem the code but as soon as I had, I was met with a "This code has already been redeemed" message. I'm incredibly disappointed, and becoming slowly discouraged as they've ignored a message. I'm not sure what to do really, I was just really excited to play this game I won. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I'd like to contact GeForce NVIDIA themselves but some research I've done shows that they want a receipt for the item that the code comes with, and of course I don't have one as I won this code through a raffle. I'm stumped. Any help is appreciated!

NVIDIA has saved the day!!! NVIDIA has replaced my code, saying the code I was given was redeemed months ago. That's disappointing to hear but they helped me out big time! Very happy now. This can be locked
