my account has closed by amazon
so i created new account and useing old biling address and when i use visa vanila my new account was closed again!
i want use vnila visa card or another what to doing now ?
also i use more vanila in old account but i not have problem on that account
what happened ?

If you've been booted for too many returns or something like that, they're going to keep closing any account they know is you.
