Maybe some day I'll stop reading posthaste as toothpaste
I wonder if this would help. (For real--not making fun of dyslexia, I'm genuinely curious if that font would help with non-dyslexia-triggered word confusion issues)

I'm feeling the need for a wardrobe update for my Africa trip. Mostly cause I need some decent snakeproof hiking/fieldwork boots, but if I can find somewhere to shop that won't break the bank, I'm thinking Kate Hepburn meets Evie o'Connell might be a comfy way to spend a month in the savannah.

I'm trying to remember who here is dyslexic.... @Creagan ?
Yup!
So- Dyslexie & Open Dyslexic (OD is free) have mixed reviews, which makes sense because dyslexia affects everybody differently.
Some people really benefit from them, others don't. I personally find the fonts make absorbing information harder. When I read, my eyes loop and re-read everything as I scan a line of text to make sure I read everything correctly. I don't have to do that with dyslexia fonts, so I just fly across the text and don't really absorb what the words are saying.

Fashion thread if you are UK based and missed it somehow, there is a new series of Sewing Bee starting in about 10 minutes. Come bask in the glory that is Patrick's impeccable suits and Winkleman's fringe.

Turns out I'm telling fibs and it starts at nine. Presumably due to all of the swearing and adult themes surrounding the construction of a gingham pinny and an A-line skirt.

Those look like really comfortable for loafing around in...
They're probably really expensive; only obtainable by the upper crust.
Wearing the right shoes can make your buns look good
Keep going, you guys are on a roll.
It is me I am unfashionable.
This is exactly my dad's fashion.
Of course, he works maintenance at a hospital and in his off-time he does a lot of woodworking, so it's a fashion of practicality.
Except my phone goes in my pocket instead of a pack of cigs.
He was a foreman at a factory though, I'm just a bum.
I say get snakeskin, as a warning to them.
But...ehhhhh
Yup!
