    Two things:
    1. I can see how Steve made it up the tree. Really good work on the tree. But I'm amazed he made it up with such stubby limbs.
    2. How is he not freaking out about the centipedes/millipedes and spider? He's committed to his lies. Or maybe he really is having fun. It was Steven who threw the shovel into the water over a bug.

    Part of me hopes that this is the cue to begin a multi-month story arc that occupies the attention of most campers for a day or two that ultimately concludes with him finally being remembered. A bit like how the boat was stuck on the lake, and then plot happened, then the boat finally made it back.
