if it helps, it appeared in D&D and seems to only appear out of place at 1920x1080. If I make my browser smaller it moves out of the way.

In fact, I can reproduce it reliably by quoting this post: http://forums.penny-arcade.com/discussion/comment/35201622/#Comment_35201622 and typing any character (on key up specifically).
