Prince Rupert's Drops (also known as Dutch tears) are glass objects created by dripping molten glass into cold water. The glass cools into a tadpole-shaped droplet with a long, thin tail.

It's a Prince Rupert's Drop, which is what you get when you pour some molten glass into cold water.
There is a LOT of pressure inside of one, which makes them ridiculously tough. They're nearly indestructible under conventional pressure.
However, if you damage the tail, the whole thing explodes into a million pieces.
