I keep meaning to watch that movie. It's got such great reviews.

I can't believe they'd be so disrespectful to books.
Well, given the quality of the books I guess I can. But poor Linus must be crushed when gets those waterlogged messes back.

As always, clever title. Those poor books though.

    First thought: That's terrible!
Second thought: *remembering examples of titles* Oh right. Good use.

I saw that coming the moment I noticed it was dripping rain into the can. (Nice touch.)

But hey, who's the kid on the right side of the final panel?

I can't believe any self-protective cat would be out and up in a tree in this weather. That's where the RIVULETS form!

I don't remember if his name has come up, but I remember him from some past comics:

Edit: I've always like his design. He reminds of one of those Precious Moments figurines.

I'm really disappointed. This has been a pretty family friendly comic up till now, this kind of graphic obscenity absolutely disgusts me.

I feel like it'd be better for everybody if the two of them didn't happen to look out of the window in the very next comic, crushing those dreams.

It doesn't look like there is glass in the window behind them. Those books on the windowsill must be soaked.

There's a bunch of books ruined. Horrifying.

That was my thought too! I didn't even look for the cat outside, thinking: 'Katie knows cats. She wouldn't draw one in the rain'

Harder cat for me because I was expecting the cat to be indoors from the rain, then I read the comments and apparently I had the same problem as others :)
