Hi, looking for help with Steam, where do I go on here for that, if at all, really need help.

    At this point, Steam Support is of no use, as they've taken to suggesting the same crap that doesn;t work, my main issue is I cannot install games and it keep saying the Content Server Unreachable.

    Could be a few things:

    - Virus
    - Proxy or general internet settings
    - Corrupt steam install
    - Corrupt OS install

    Have you done the good old fashioned "delete clientregistry.blob" yet?

    Yeah, a full wipe with Windows and reinstall it from a fresh format will fix this 100%.

    There are some things you can try like deleting clientregistry stuff, like smokestacks says. Trying to figure out if iexplore/windows has proxy settings set up, virus scans, etc.

    I'd go for the full wipe though, easiest one to do, and least room for errors. Just a PITA to get everything back to system defaults.
