Performance issues

I'm getting a hell of a delay on the forums, sometimes, but not all the times.

Tracert doesn't show anything unusual:

Some pages are taking on the excess of 30 seconds. Others are normal load times (like this one)



Everything appears okay on other websites. Google, reddit, youtube, facebook, etc all appear to be loading fine.

Edit: It's maybe a 1 in 8 chance this happens to me, I'll just close the tab and reopen and it'll be fine.

I had a couple page loads that seemed to take a little longer than normal today, but only by a second or two.
Yesterday I had one server error message, that wasn't the normal Vanilla error page but it went away on refresh and hasn't cropped up since.

It's sort of stabilized for me at this point, nothing's happened since maybe 3:00.
