I'm pretty sure there's a thread on this somewhere in here, but damned if I can find it. Can't seem to come up with the magic search string.
Anyway, it was a thread about trying to make one's shiny laptop screen less so. Is there some kind of product out there that would stop the glare? Also, who's fat idea was it to make them so shiny in the first place? I've been wracking my brain, but can't come up with any theories.
