    Michigan is much better, but kicking issues and good Wisconsin red zone defense have them only up 7.

    Oh, to answer your question, Wilcox was the coordinator at Washington under Sarkesian, then went with Sark to USC. The only place where his defense wasn't consistently good was at USC, and at this point it's hard to just blame that on USC's culture in general being an issue.
