It was a short strip about Christopher Robin as an adult who owed money or something to some gangsters and ends up leading them into an ambush by a realistic depiction of Winnie the Pooh and friends as actual wild animals.
I know I saw it on these forums, and I even found someone else asking for the same comic 6 years ago in the D&D chat thread, but I can't find any actual posts that have it and google isn't helping at all.
