How do I report an attraction for animal cruelty?

We were at a fair this weekend and saw one possible and one definite instance of cruelty to the animals they had there by patrons. I emailed the place but they said the well being of the animals comes second to upsetting parents by staff telling their children not to hurt the animals.

I went to the ASPCA web site but all they had were outdated links and DONATE buttons everywhere. Anyone have any idea what else I can do?

    It might depend on your state, but you should be able to contact law enforcement for animal abuse.

    Call the local sherriff's office, either they can take a report or point you in the direction of someone who will.

    Call your local News. They LOVE this kind of thing as it boosts their ratings and it's actually going to enable quicker reactions from the accused parties

    Did you get any video?

    If it's a fair, I'm guessing it's not a permanent thing? I'd get it on camera then post to Social Media, tagging your news personalities.

    Keep the email, and call 311 (or other non-emergency police or information line) and ask them who to contact.
