Does anyone have a PS2 memory card reader for a PC?

No idea about this one but I figured I would ask here as folks like video games. I have years of PS2 games from quite a long time ago on my system's memory card and they are one of the few things I don't actually have backed up. Will I ever go back to that game of Yakuza 2 that I haven't touched in a decade? Most likely not but I still would like to have the save states backed up in case I might one day want to. It's complete hoarding mentality and paranoia but still, if someone has a memory card reader I want to see if I can put my cards in the mail and you send me back the files.

Unfortunately they don't make it anymore, but I was able to get mine for pretty cheap.
So if you have one can I mail you my cards and get PC files in return?
