Problem with Tickets

I ordered 4 3-day passes last year and today got the passes in the mail but was disappointed to note that there were only 3 passes, 3 lanyards, and 3 earlybird pins included. I've posted on the PAX Australia Facebook group and on twitter to @PaxAus today but haven't heard anything yet so I'm getting a bit anxious.

I've looked to see if there is anyone I can call but can't find a number. Does anyone know the best avenue through which to get this looked at?
