There used to be a tonne of free software out there for picking apart mobile templates and formatting final files. That was ages ago though, and my current searches are coming up with nada.
Anyone happen to have some leads on *free* software for this? Brand or type of mobile is of no matter. I'm not willing to pay for this stuff though until I'm associated with a particular company and know what brands/types they work with.
note: I'm not working with flash or java. Just interested in static themes right now.
