In other words, if he doesn't win, he won't accept it. Nice spin.

I wouldn't give Kellyanne Conway that much credit.

The fact that she hasn't already resigned to get away from this sinking ship is telling.

Apparently Trump was less restrained this debate

So I went and took a shower about halfway through. Did Hillary Clinton vomit all over her podium and then pass out into a puddle of her vomit muttering about how she's stealing the election with the help of Isis or did Trump lose?

actually worse. Nyarlathotep showed up, proclaimed Clinton as his agent of insane chaos and the end of the world, and tried to strike down Donald out of fear of his holy power.

But doesn't Nyarlathotep grant Persona powers then observe how they're used? I thought he was just True Neutral.

The two headlines from this debate seem to be "Trump won't necessarily accept the results of the election" and "What a nasty woman"

I'm surprised there hasn't been more commentary on just how badly he fell apart whenever the discussion turned to Russia

Fyi, IBD predicted a 0.7 lead for Obama in 2012. His lead was just under 4.

Russia would have been the biggest story had it not been for Trumps refusal to ensure PEACEFUL TRANSFER OF POWER

    WHO DOES THAT

WHO GRABS THEIR BALL AND GOES HOME WITH THE LIVES OF AMERICA?!

No. He has a bet with Philemon that humanity will destroy itself, and he goes to great lengths to try and make that true.

A whole lotta whining about rigged elections, and how he'd have won if it wasn't stolen from him.

Just sound and fury, as per the norm.

My favorite line from Hillary was when she brought up the portrait of himself he bought through the charity and just dropped a very real "Who does that?"

Legally nothing, unless he also litigated to contest the results, which I'm sure he'd lose
as for his supporters, they might cause violence, but I suspect most of them are fucking cowards

Trump saying he won't accept the election resukts is like me saying I don't have a unibrow if I don't groom.

I can say it all I want... Doesn't mean it means anything.

Ideally the same thing that would happen if the losing quarterback refused to acknowledge that his team just lost the super bowl, which is everyone just ignores their disapproval and has a big party anyway.

Worst case scenario, the lack of a concession plus the heavy shift in rhetoric towards the idea that the election is rigged causes some people to presume that Hillary stole the election and lash out violently.

Olbermann's "The Closer" has a lot of really bad fluff episodes, but the ones about assassination, jailing the opposition, and sanctity of the election are literally up to the caliber of his heroes. If Murrow could watch the sanctity of the election episode, he'd first be horrified at what had become of elections in America, and then relieved and proud that there were still members of the press up to the task of acting as the conscience of the country.

So Trump supporters on TV appear to be rejecting reality and substituting their own. Which is nothing new, I guess.

    it's infuriating

This is legit a not-good feeling

I don't want to villainize the other side, I really don't

But Trump is so uniquely terrible that I am immediately going to pass judgement on anyone who is in support of him
