This was remarkably bad/good timing.
I shut down everything that was in my name still she said she'd pay for but didn't.
I took back my VA money, so now I can make my car and insurance payments so I can get a job.
My father-in-law (sisters marriage... he's still my father-in-law right?) said he'd rent me a place after I started working, even if I get an eviction because she's awful with money.

I suspect the heath benefits of potatoes having a lot of trace minerals and vitamins and shit varies greatly from person to person. If you eat very poorly otherwise, then that source might be meaningful. If you eat a lot of other nutritious and diverse food then it's probably irrelevant.
