the thing with the flak truck is it has a lot of health and it's very fast, so it's really hard to bomb it to death unless the person in it isn't paying attention (and a plane coming at it as good as dead)
it's actually OP in my opinion
it also has a cooldown that instantly heals it by like 30% and you can actually hit it in the short space between bomb hits to survive
frankly I don't know why I never see people using it
