PAX Giveaway problem!

On Sunday I attended PAX in Melbourne. During the CSGO AU & NZ Championship grand final they did a giveaway of a keyboard and a headset. I got called to the stage and won the keyboard while another attendee won the headset. As soon as we got off the stage we traded as I already had a keyboard and he already had a headset.

When I got home I opened up the box and to my surprise there was no headset inside. I was wondering who I should contact about this problem. They must have taken it out earlier before the giveaway as it wasn't opened until I got home.

Hope you guys can point me in the right direction.

    Was the giveaway by PAX or by a vendor? You can try emailing info@paxaustralia.com.au or hitting up PAXAus on Twitter though.

    @Lorcan I'd email the pax folk, This looks like it may have been the vendor, rather than a PAX Giveaway. But, take all the information to the pax email (video included) and perhaps they can reach out to the vendor, or pass along some contact info.
