Snow Overlay

The snow overlay at the bottom of the screen stays over everything and is always present. This can make my monitor look buggy or even broken when trying to type in the quick reply box. You'll get letters that look like they have dead pixels.

    I think the forum's page design slightly changed this year to be more visually consistent with the main site, so there may be some issues if the holiday layout wasn't updated.
