The enduring tradition continues! While we wait for St. Newell to usher in the winter sale, we pass the time helping sick kids! Here's some rules and helpful advice:
USER INCENTIVES
- jragghen is entering any person who donates $100 or more (cumulatively, doesn't have to be all at once) in a drawing to win a game of their choice (whose price cannot exceed $100)!
- Mudgutz is streaming a level of a very special game for every $250 donated!
- $1,100: Quical and his wife will do a 24-hour stream of bad games! Twenty-four hours; twenty-four bad titles. Viewers can pick the games, and further donations will be taken during the stream!
- To donate, just post proof of donating to Child's Play or a donation of items/money to your local children's hospital. The Child's Play site is useful for finding hospital wish lists! Please include an @ notification for "Bobkins Flymo". Don't forget to include quotation marks around people with more than one word in their names.
- Want to donate anonymously? Then just PM me!
- Donations made prior to December 1st, 2016 at midnight EST do not count. The point of this is to generate new donations, not to have people scrambling to find older ones.
- This is all being tracked in US Dollars ($), so converting foreign currencies beforehand is not required but very helpful!
- Charity bundles and such do count, but only for how much of the purchase goes to Child's Play.
- Should donations start coming in fast, I will put out a call for bean counters, in which case you can volunteer to update the donation tracker.
- Geth incentives will last for one month! If we break the final donation milestone, then every $500 dollars donating will add an additional month. People will be able to submit all the various tweaks for Geth during the first week of the Steam Sale, and voting will occur in the final three days. Note that a "header" is a custom graphic that will appear in the background of Geth's posts.
- A popular thing to do is match donations or offer money for the community doing certain things. Keep in mind our community can be ridiculously generous, and your offer may turn out to be a hefty sum of money. Consider putting a cap on the maximum you'll be willing to donate if that's a concern.
- Don't break the bank donating! If money is tight, then consider offering an incentive. Be realistic in both your being able to fulfill the incentive and the thread's capability to raise whatever you're offering.
- Normal Steam Thread rules apply! Please resist the urge to beg for games or other bad behavior. Robot Santa is making a list, and he performs over 50 megachecks a second!

Like I wouldn't be against it being the actual permanent theme.
Only thing I have to say, for me the top right that has notifications and inbox things can't be seen. it is black on black.
It says Midnight EST, so I'm guessing we're fine. Really, if you made the donation after the thread went up, I don't see why it wouldn't be counted.

First, I grabbed a DMC-12 off the auction block. Looks like it's got the game's first V6. Kinda challenging to work on sometimes, what with the intake manifolds making the spark plugs and distributor clips hard to reach. It reminds me of the classic Mercedes-Benz cars from their own DLC.
Once I finished the DMC-12, I grabbed another DeLorean.
