Customer service help?

Hey, came here looking for some advice and help. I ordered AI pins back in november and have still not received my order. I submitted three customer service requests through the website but didnt get any reply. Ive ordered tons of stuff before and never had an issue, so im a bit frustrated. Its been almost a month and no reply at all. Im wondering if people have had issues like this before or if there are any suggestions on how to get in touch with them?     Have you tried messaging PA on Facebook? When I was waiting for my clubPA pin (after emailing them a few times) I messaged them on Facebook and they straightened it out very quickly.

    Thanks for the advice, im in MA. I sent request through the website but will try fb and the email as well.
