so i ended up buying Pax East tickets this year  and due to my living circumstances had to use my last place of residence. my brother did the same however and bought tickets too with same household mailbox. we sent in a email stating our problems several months ago and after roughly 3 months of no reply we both received a email stating they have cancelled both our ticket reservations.
we both buy the tickets for ourselves and respective friends and have both gone the past 5 years. does anyone know how to fix this.
