Can't attend PAX EAST 2017! But have no way of getting my tickets?

So i'm in a really shitty situation and i'm not sure what I should do. I've bought tickets to PAX East 2017 and had a really serious family issue come out of no where, and can no longer attend. However since I was certain I was going I went ahead and got willcall tickets.
I'm not from Boston or the USA in general and have no way of getting my tickets. I have no clue what to do and don't wanna be out over 200CAD. Not even sure if this is the correct forum to post this issue but if anyone can help please let me know.

    if you selected will call for your tickets, you would have to show up in person to collect them. as far as I know that's the only recourse. you could email pax_questions@paxsite.com for an official response.
