[Insert location here] is not a shining city on a hill - more like a dimly lit (but bustling!) town sliding down the bunny slope. It is widely known by the surrounding communities for its just-higher-than-embarassing crime rate, low average income and level of education, and chaotic administration due to major figures squabbling over disparate (but not really opposed) agendas. It is something of a laughingstock in the supernatural world for the sheer number of penny- and nickel-ante magical schemes going on, none of the players strong enough to cause serious damage. The place is ripe for a group of bold and talented people to aim it towards greatness.

Dresden Files! Wizards and werecreatures and changelings! Nefarious plots! Heroism! Nothing depressing or bleak because there's enough of that in the real world!

This is going to be a real-time game, because PbP is slow and dies readily. I'm aiming for Friday or Saturday nights (Eastern), but I currently don't have any static demands on my weekend, so there's some flexibility on that. I'd prefer 3-4 players, but that will depend greatly on the level of interest.
