The new forums will be named Coin Return (based on the most recent vote)! You can check on the status and timeline of the transition to the new forums here.
The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Why did it close? Did I do/say something wrong? Can I somehow re-open it to reply?

I closed your thread. You need to hire a lawyer, one way or another. Even the people on this forum who are actually lawyers are only going to tell you that your best bet is to find a lawyer who thinks you have a case and will work with you, because while they're lawyers they aren't your lawyer and cannot advise you on any specifics. As the rest of us are not lawyers and therefore unqualified, and your case sounds complicated, there's nowhere else for the thread to go but in circles.
It's worth noting that you may wish to avoid posting on the internet in this much detail about something you'd like to pursue legally.
I'm going to close this thread as well. There is a rules category at the top of the home page which you can read at at any time. In the future if you have questions about moderator action or the status of a thread, please PM the mod in question rather than making a new thread.
I also feel the need to point out (as a stickler for rules myself) that if your first thought upon coming here was to make a thread rather than seek out the forum rules (clearly marked at the top of the main page), and then before making a second thread when your first was closed you still did not seek out the forum rules, you are quite likely in way over your head with regards to suing someone without counsel, especially anyone who can afford a decent lawyer.
If you want to pursue this case, find a lawyer.
And it seems like all is dying, and would leave the world to mourn
