Ok so a couple days ago I went into my parents bathroom and got a q tip to clean my ears because it was sorta itching. When I did my right ear I stuck it to far and my hearing is kinda weird. I can still hear tho. What should I do, I don't have the money to go to the dr. Because we're on a strict budget. Plz help meeeeeeeeee
If the doctor is absolutely, positively out of the question, next step is to tell your parents.
Well, actually, tell your parents should be the first step. Ears are important and nothing to fuck around with.
But, if the doctor is out of the question:
Get a good, bright lamp and ask your parent of choice to look in your ear with it and see if they can see any cotton that might have gotten stuck in your ear canal.
If there is something there, than maybe they can use a pair of tweezers and extract it (but again, ears are nothing to fuck with, if they're not confident in having really steady hands, and you're not confident in not moving...)
If there is no clear and obvious obstruction, then it's time to visit a doctor. I know it sucks and it fucks with the budget, but (as you may have gathered) your ears are nothing to fuck with.
If you've actually punctured your eardrum with the Q-tip, you should do neither of those two things.
You should tell your parents first, and then go see a doctor. Find a list of free clinics in your area. The wait times are tremendously terrible for free clinics, but the actual procedure would be just looking in your ear and seeing if you've ruptured your eardrum. Then they tell you "Congratulations, you've ruptured your eardrum. Keep your ear covered when you shower, don't do any water-sports or activities involving submerging your head under water, and wait a couple months for it to heal. And don't use Q-tips ever again for cleaning out your ear." If it's something else, then they'll find out, and you can proceed from there.
EDIT: If you are in the US and under the age of 18, then you should be able to get health coverage under Medicaid in your state. It's a pain in the neck to sign up for all the paperwork, but it's available in the US.

No. No poll threads here. Just no. You have the only reasonable advice you are going to get here.
And it seems like all is dying, and would leave the world to mourn

Did the entire q-tip come out, or is there still stuff in there?
and sorry about the budget, but the answer from the internet can't really be anything beyond tell your parents and go to a doctor.
