Help me with this movie

The only scene I remember is where this dude is in the police station or something and he's in handcuffs but something happened and all the cops rush out and he breaks his hand squeezing through the cuff and his hand fixes it self. help me figure out this movie plz

    Is this a newer movie or an older one? Something very similar happens in The Last Witch Hunter that came out just a few years ago

    Isnt there a scene like that in Season 1 episode 3 of the X-files, titled Squeeze.
