Living Room Audio Advice

Greetings, folks.
I am in the market for a new sound system for my living room. I currently have a sound bar and a wireless subwoofer and want to upgrade. I'm looking for the following:
- Soundbar
- Wireless sub
- Wireless rear speakers
- Optical and HDMI inputs (currently using optical, can't remember if my TV has HDMI audio output)
If it also has wireless front speakers, that's good too, but not necessary. My living room is small enough that the soundbar should suffice for front speakers. If it has a built-in Chromecast (to work with my Google Home), that would be extra super awesome.
I'm (hopefully) looking to spend under $400 on this, if possible.
