Urine test question

First off, I got the Ok from Thanatos.

here is my problem:
I was at a concert a couple weeks ago where people around me were smoking pot (I was not- I dont care if people do it around me, but i dont do the stuff) but then I just found out today that I have a piss test on monday. I pretty much wanted to see if there is anything I can do to make sure I test negative?

Additionally, I torched a couch in a giant bonfire last week, and it threw off some really sketchy fumes, and I also want to make sure that that does not test positive for me. (I am pretty sure the couch had mould and was full of sketchy shit-- It wasnt the smartest idea in retrospect, but damn cool at the time)

So far, I plan on drinking a hell of alot of cranberry juice and exercising as much as possible, but if anyone has any other suggestions for me they would be greatly appreciated.

Unless 'people around me' is code for 'inhaled deeply as many times as I could before I hacked my lungs out', you don't have a lot to worry about. Most of the waiting time is because if you chronicDchronic, it builds up in fatty tissue and releases slowly. If you otherwise lead a clean life, you have little to fear.

Heh, if you're around pot a lot, exercising a bunch will actually cause more of it to be released into your system. It's stored in fat cells, which means as you lose fat, it releases into your bloodstream.

Honestly, though, if that's your only exposure to it, you'll be fine.

Yea, once every couple months I stand around with my buddies as they toke up, but that is about it. My contact really is minimal.

The general guideline is that second-hand exposure is not nearly enough to come up positive on a drug test.
For employment purposes, that is.
For probation in some places they set the thresholds much, much lower, but if you're pissing for probation then you're not supposed to be around pot smokers, anyway.

Heh...you have nothing to worry about. Trust me as I smoke a lot and I have had to pass a few tests myself for my employment. If all you did was be in the same vicinity of it and it was two weeks ago, you have nothing to worry about.

Piss test will show if you are a normal smoker and it can take a month to clear out. The only test you have to worry about if the swab test. The swab test will have results in a matter of minutes and it can detect anything that you have done recently. Some of the drugs are found easier through the swab and last longer, but pot does not.

With the swab test, it will pick up on pot if you were around someone smoking it. You didn't have to be smoking it, just in the same room and it will pick up on that thc in your mouth and throat. But no worries, as the swab test is only effective if it was in the last few days. Literally...don't be around pot for two or three days and the swab test is innefective...even if you were smoking all day for the last 4 years of your life. Just wait 2 or 3 days and you can pass a swab test.

But in your case...go piss in the cup and get your job.
