Movie theatre wins Deadpool case over Utah law banning booze during movies with sex
State attorneys call alcohol and sexual content an "explosive combination." The 2016 complaint against the theatre came under a law generally used to ensure strip clubs that serve liquor keep dancers wearing G-strings and pasties. But it also bans serving booze during films featuring nudity or sex scenes.
"Brewvies does not focus on sex. It shows the same movies that other, non-sexually oriented movie theatres show but with alcohol."

I'm kind of really surprised by how good it looks too. I can't quite put my finger on it beyond all of the obvious touches, but the aesthetics had a cool sort of stanley kubrick feel. maybe the color schemes? everything was relatively grounded but all the props just popped so nice.

Federal authorities have been warning state and local officials since early 2016 that leftist extremists known as “antifa” had become increasingly confrontational and dangerous, so much so that the Department of Homeland Security formally classified their activities as “domestic terrorist violence,” according to interviews and confidential law enforcement documents obtained by POLITICO.

Congratulations to the US on their newest group of homegrown terrorists.

In a way, aren't we all terrorists

The answer, of course, is complicated

But mostly the people who shoot up crowded areas and blow things up are terrorists, I think

I think maybe the rest of us are at least a little above that, regardless of the passion of our political leanings

It's still sort of amazing to me how racists became a secondary topic in about 2 weeks after literal street murder.
