Migrating my personal archives to the cloud - best way to do it?

I have my photo collection dating back to the 90s saved in a RAID 1 configuration but it's a pretty old setup, I would like to take advantage of the cloud but my home internet has a 50 GB/mo upload cap and I have 800 GBs of photos. Are there any services that let you send them a physical disk and they do the uploading for you and even more importantly, has anyone used such service and what are your impressions? Thanks.
