Double Checking something

Won a 3 day badge pass giveaway for PAX and the email told me to reply to confirm my detail are correct, and I did, however I want to make sure I am able to pick up my badge when I get there b/c I never received confirmation back from them.

Edit: Is there someone I can contact via email that will reply back?
