Pretty sure they said they'd be back early next year, though they have a planned Christmas one off to run as well.

They're doing a PAX Unplugged game and so are the Original crew; we'll get Rosie Beestinger as the crossover character for the original crew - she will also be present in the C team game of course (someone correct me if I'm wrong here). I believe Jerry has stated multiple times that the Unplugged game is their "Christmas Special" for the C team, however it will still follow the events of the S1 finale.

after that it's hiatus until S2, which as mentioned should be early 2018
