My name is larry. In January 2015 I paid a videographer a patial payment of 300 out of 800 we started the video shot some great scene that talked about the story of my life and I paid for location a mansion and three exclusive cars the deal I have with him was after the video is ready I wil pay the rest of the balance I called him a lot of time to schedule the last scene he kept posting me or not replyin to my message so eventually last weekend I sent him a copy of my receipt and demanded the clips we shot already but he said "I don't Have the files anymore" I demanded for a refund he refused and threatned for me to do my worse. what should I do? i need my clips or my refund
