PAX Unplugged was the first chance for me to get my daughter to meet any of the cast of Critical Role, who have become slight heroes in my household. A year ago at the beginning of my daughter's treatment they read a letter I had written during Critmas, and this lead to art, letters, lucky d20s and more from around the world, and little pick me ups for a little girl (and her family), going through a rough year. This moment lead to a weekend of smiles and asking when PAX was coming back, and can we do the whole weekend next time.
