I'm kind of shocked the rift and vive people haven't already thrown money at this project to get them to build in VR support, it seems like an obvious killer app for VR.

I've played the two extant episodes of Life is Strange: Before the Storm, and I have to say that despite my initial trepidation (and some occasionally, uh, rocky vocals) it is Very Good
Episode 2 and also I guess a spoiler for mainline Life is Strange
But like, once Rachel goes off script and the two of you start improvising Shakespeare dialogue about getting out of this shit town and hitting the open road together I was fucking ENTHRALLED and the kid in the crowd yelling SAY YES into the silence was such a great way to break the tension
I am so immediately invested in these two even though I know the tragedy that's going to follow. It's rough

Good to know, a friend was telling me to watch their amazon show but I remember hearing bad things.
It reminded me of something I would occasionally see if I happened to stop on the History Channel. Which isn't a dig or a compliment, it's just sort of there.
He manages to finish every episode with some variation of "What if the real monster,,,,,,was man,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"
One was that I read one of the novels written by the dude and it was possibly the worst fantasy novel I've ever read
Two was he covered a folklore subject that I actually knew a bunch about and was wrong about a ton of stuff, including intentionally omitting facts to sensationalize his story
