Lady Jubs and I have been working on doing our own fried chicken. Can control what goes into them more. My fav so far has been just cornstarch and spices. Works great and you dont feel it in your sweat like you do buttermilk or the like.

Chick-fil-a is really boring. Even for fast food chicken it's bland. The one thing I will give them is that the meat tends to be moist, whereas damn near everywhere else is dry.

BUT I don't mind dry. I put enough time into food service to know that I'd rather have that in my mouth than risk undercooked mediocre mess.

They are immensely anti LGBT, and use their profits to fund legislation reducing the rights of gay folks.

So every chicken sandwich is a shaved penny towards making it harder for queer folks to get married or keep a job.

Then again this is probably true of all capitalist enterprises so it is better to wipe your ass with leaves and live in the woods

I actually measure my purchases in Chick-fil-a sandwiches.

The upcoming iMac Pro will cost a minimum of 1,250 chicken sandwiches and upwards of 4,000 if you want all the fixins, for instance.

I mean if you own a phone you support children dying of horrible pollutants because erecycling is a farce and if you own clothes you probably support indentured servitude

Chick-Fil-A's advertising and stores don't have any anti-gay rhetoric nor do they try to make gay people feel uncomfortable at their establishments in my experience, their higher ups are just monsters who do bad things with the money (mostly with futility, thankfully)

I mean well they will give you a pamphlet to go to a christian reeducation camp and read leviticus over the loud speaker but that's part of the charm
