Hello denizens!
I was torn as to whether to post this in here or in Indie Games, but this has little to do with the actual game itself, and more about what we aim to achieve - so I'm sticking it here. Feel free to move it if you feel like it's better suited in another forum category.
My team of Merry Persons is creating a video game, and we want to give proceeds to a charity. As this is a Christmas-based game, we want the proceeds to go to something like the Marine's Toys for Tots. We looked them up on CharityWatch.org and they had some pretty good reviews. Then I remembered: "Doesn't PA have their own children's charity?" - and I wanted to get more information on Child's Play. Is it still around?
I figured I could ask a billion questions here, but there's probably some PDF floating around that would cover the basics and give us a contact email for more specific information. Can anyone advise me on this?
