-Initial Turn order for the game is noted (Regency then rotates the turn order, as it has the last several turns)
-With regards to rituals that don't involve thievery, Bodyguard Legions have a loyalty of 10.
-Rank 0 Rituals have been implemented. They would be even better if you used them
-If you have no prestige, you have no standing in the Infernal Conclave and cannot make diplomatic efforts.
-Relics and Artifacts must be installed at a Legion or Place of Power to be active. Each Place of Power or Legion can have up to 1 Relic and 1 Artifact on it at a given time.
Except presumably to respond to those of others?
Surely houses with zero prestige can still throw insults though.
Unless that cost prestige somehow?
And because ignoring an insult proves you are weak.

Heck, people should pay us to be insulted!
But whatever the conclave says goes I guess.
It would make sense if you could hurl insults and/or make demands without paying the prestige cost, but perhaps with a lower gain? Then at least you could still provoke vendetta or gain prestige slowly until you could afford to use those efforts as normal? Not sure but yeah it seems like an odd hole to fall into. In the computer game is that the sort of time where you might consider vassaling?
But higher rank people can ignore them for some turns, and then just invade you for insulting without losing face.
How about you all bet your prestige on us in our upcoming duel, so that we all have no prestige left to fight over.
General Strategy is to take a place of power or 2 to start generating prestige and establish territory before you start trying to pick fights.
Also, insults can sometimes be good to tag some prestige off someone; but are dangerous because you're letting your opponent choose the terms of Vendetta, which if they know you well enough, they can dictate to guarantee a loss. Suffice to say, picking fights you're not reasonably sure you can win is considered unwise.
