D&D Twitter thread causing my browser to not operate until closing

Something is happening on the latest page (40) of the Twitter thread in D&D. If I click into it, the page will mostly load, then hang. And any other tab I open for internet browsing won't load, and any stream currently running will come to a stop. The one odd thing about that page that I can see is that there's a bunch of tweet embeds in a post behind a spoiler tag. I was able to get a post in once though prior to this starting. Maybe it's someone's sig or avatar since I made that post?
I PM'd Angel about editing out the tweets but haven't gotten a response. I haven't clicked back into the thread since I confirmed the problem happening two more times.
Browser is Firefox, up to date fully.
