    I'm sitting on my phone posting at 1:20am because my Crohn's continues to be a Thing and later today I am potentially going to be told by my specialist that I'm going to have to go to hospital for intravenous steroid treatment because this flareup hasn't gone down in two months despite the heightened medication dosage

    not like I have CIRCUMSTANCES or anything!!
