Things to do in a short stay in Vancouver?

Since I double posted about D.C. (oops), thought I’d make this useful. Apart from DC, we’re also making a five day stopover in Vancouver, downtown focused. We know nothing about it. What’s to do? Museums, culture, landscapes, architecture, cool parks?

Also restaurant recommendations?

    Stanley Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Granville Island, Art Gallery are all normal places to go. See if anything is at BC Place / Rogers Arena when your here. Right now is the off season for hockey / CFL Football but you didn't say when your in town. Vancouver Whitecaps (MLS Soccer) too.

    Food, what do you want? Some of the literally best places to eat in Canada are in Vancouver, though you pay for it.

    Edit - and this was asked back in the fall too. So here's a bunch more suggestions.
