Mobile Overlay isn't working on occasion

Sometimes, on navigating to the top level board of the forum, the overlay containing the bookmarks/mentions/inbox/other one fails to take priority over the content underneath.
Instead, the board topic or other forum items beneath the overlay continues to be active, and I wind up accidentally navigating to the art forum all the time whilst trying to look at my inboxes.
This seems to persist until the page is refreshed.
