Question on locking down tablets - printing quotas, websites, general access
Might be getting some tablets for public use. Don't know if Android or Microsoft yet.
Is there a way to limit how many pages can be printed if hooked up to a printer? (printer type not selected yet - probably an all-in-one type)
Any advice on locking down the tablet for basic web viewing and printing? (possibly limit sites it can go to without using a fw?)
Will be used in an Active Directory environment with either a 2008 r2 or 2012 r2 server.
Thanks!

For web viewing again you would do this on your firewall side and either segment the tablets withik a range of IPs you would then lock down or do it individually. I think with many you can also just do it on the hardware address too.
Hard to say more without great detail on your setup.
Here's how to keep people from exiting the web browser app on Android.
